Referencing the Photography Exposure Triangle Chart above I know that increasing my f-stop from f56 to f11 is a 2 stop decrease in light. Using this f-stop during the day requires a very fast shutter speed making it great for action shots.

My goal is to increase the f-stop from f56 to f11 while maintaining the same shutter speed of 1 second.
. Shooting at slightly larger f-stop values such as f28 provides the same effect with a slightly larger depth of field as shown in the following example. To do so I must increase the f-stop value thus increasing the depth of field.
